SKIN HIGHLIGHTS

Skin elevations are skin spots that lie on the skin, as it were. You can feel them and there are different types. They are often perceived as disturbing, but can be treated well.

Skin elevations are benign growths that can occur on any skin. It is an accumulation of local skin cells that can be felt on the skin surface. It is not entirely clear why exactly they arise and can occur in both young and elderly people. Often the hereditary predisposition, amount of sun exposure and aging skin do influence this.
