It can always happen that an appointment cannot take place unexpectedly. If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we can try to schedule someone else in your place. The appointment can then be moved or canceled free of charge. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, we are forced to charge 25% of the costs.
